Belmonde - likening Raizoh's eyes to the Aurum Vale. Possible origin of his title. Liar, Cheat, Conartist, extortionist, thief... which ever the title they all seem to singularly encapsulate the shady Miqo'te. While none can be proven true unless the word of his own lips, many rumors certainly seem to pad that number. However, many titles surround the relatively unassuming visage of the black haired Miqo'te who tends to frequent Thanalan and the Mist. There is one thing that does stand out - his piercing golden eyes - eyes of Aurum. Among other seedy underbelly groups for which the sticky fingered Miqo'te has worked, it's usually this title he is known by, and even in his confident self serving ego may even refer to himself as such. Whether or not one believes rumors or even knows them to begin with the unassuming sly nature of this Rogue remains. Among many titles Raizoh is above all a freelancer. Usually a self-proclaimed 'acquisitions' expert. He survives on a morally grey ground that often stretches to a darker area. Under the table activities, illegal, or lawbreaking. He is known as a jack of all trades and has worked for many different Free Companies. Not always working for highly questionable things, but his largest claim to fame is his quick hands and silver tongue. His looks don't inhibit him much either, only serve as extra tools to help him. Often found conning his way into the homes or trusts of drunks where he takes advantage of passed out members and relieves them of their valuables. Among that his way with words and always confident commanding reporte he is usually able to talk his way into most things. Known in the past for even talking straight laced individuals into taking up shady business dealings that benefit him, and even one case in which he was able to talk his way out of a hit on his head with a hard pressed female bounty hunter. There are quite a many that are left in the midst of Raizoh's work to make a quick large sum of gil. While he's very skilled and has quite a large understanding of his limits and skills, he is not always successful. This does not perturb the relatively young streets born rogue, and he is always willing to gamble his luck for monetary gain, beautiful women, or other various sins incorporated with the two. The only other thing to know about Raizoh is that he seems to have had quite a few good nights with 'lady luck', as she seems to favor him quite often. Perhaps the only reliable explanation for why he has gotten away with so much. A list of Raizoh's known services include: 'Acquisitions' - i.e. Stealing, Lifting, Tracking, Obtaining, or Getting a whold of certain objects. From ancient artifacts to modern privilege items. Cons - Conning or scamming others into less than ideal conditions or agreements Extortion & Blackmail - Controlling and getting results through holding a piece of evidence that the other would dislike getting out. Spying - Determining or finding out valuable information from targets or areas. Rigging - Rigging Gambling situations or fights/contests of skills. Subterfuge and Sabotage. Transport - Effectively transporting valuable items for clients, assuming the price is higher than that of the object being transported. Assassination - Not often or reliable, but offered. Diversion - Leading focus off a job or mission. P E R S O N A L I T Y Suave and smooth talking would be the most effective words if it was necessary to explain Raizoh in a few words. Able to grin and keep a straight face even when he's lying and leading someone along. He can be quite two faced without much hurting his conscious. He has morals, but he steps around them quite loosely to the point that it seems he has none. Raizoh knows what he is, and only tends to deal with the very naive or other criminals such as himself. The naive are simple to shrug off. Those who can hold their own and provide him a challenge and danger to skirt around give him life. He loves the feeling of pushing his luck and danger, often to his detriment and to the downfall of some of his schemes. The thought of living dangerously excites him and quite explains his taste in women, preferring the more intimidating taller, and often well equipped widowmakers within his field. With this love for danger comes his ego and confidence in his skills that can also land him in hot water. Despite his good track record, he isn't successful all the times and has some scars to mark his close run-ins with death due to his hubris. He is never phased by this and seems to think himself too lucky or skilled to fail. He is not immune to being caught off-guard but isn't easy to do so, as he's seen and done quite a lot in his time. At the end of the day, Raizoh is a criminal with no regards to earning a honest way and lives to con, scam, and flirt with danger just as much as he does with women.
