He was the only son of Salvatorre Madazo, an Alchemist from Limsa Lominsa and Aruna Patel, a chirurgeon native to Thavnair. For the first twelve years of his life, Lukas had it made, a trust-fund kid with a bright future ahead of him. One day upon returning home from school, there were crowds of people in and around the house. It was then Lukas discovered that his mother had been killed. His father being the suspect had completely vanished. To protect the child, Lukas wasn't allowed to see the corpse of his mother. To this day, the details of the incident aren't clear to Luke and he tends to avoid talking about it. Luke was promptly relocated to an orphanage, where he eventually became a pickpocket. After some trial and error and a few nights spent in jail, the boy managed to become pretty good at it. Luke managed to make a few memorable friends, but none of his childhood friends stand out as much as Papadmini Padmini, a half-Hyur half-Elezen girl with a Lalafellin style name. Luke managed to drag her along on various adventures, and the two were nearly inseparable, at least until he was nineteen. One of the downsides to thieving was having people recognize you as a thief, so Lukas could hardly find honest work, and at the age of nineteen people are much less forgiving than they would be towards a younger adolescent. In order for Luke to have any hopes of leading a normal life, he'd have to leave his homeland and get a fresh start. Luke arrived in Eorzea about a year or so after the calamity and worked for a trading company out in Vesper Bay. The work was boring, but it had plenty of perks, one of which was that he became a trained airship pilot. About a year and a half later, the owners of the company were arrested on the count of smuggling narcotics, which Lukas may or may not have been aware of. The company fell apart and Lukas was conveniently left with the airship. Currently, Luke is twenty-five years old and more or less drifted back into his old ways, though he isn't exactly pickpocketing, he currently trades with illicit goods, such as narcotics, stolen artifacts, weapons and much more. AppearanceAppearance Appearance: Lukas stands tall for a Midlander Hyuran male, standing at a good 5'11.5, almost six fulm but no cigar. He's got an athletic lean build, weighing about 180 ponze. Tanned skin that gives away the fact that he's from Thavnair, jet black hair along with yellowish-gold eyes. He's also got a bit of stubble on his chin. Scars & Markings: Lukas wears various scars along his body due to the lifestyle he lives, none of the scars look too life-threatening; a cut here, burn there, etc. His main visible scar is on his left cheek which goes all the way to his nose. There is also a tattoo on the left side of his chest of a mandala sun a design that reminds him of home. Voice: Luke often speaks with a semi bored sounding tone, which can often come off sarcastic sounding (9 times out of 10 he is being sarcastic). There's also a very faint Hannish accent. Alternatively, Luke has a special salesman voice which he tends to use for special occasions. NPC Aruna Patel (♥ ✖ ) - Mother Lukas's mother died when he was twelve years old, she had been ill for some time and there wasn't much that could be done for her, at least not with magicks. One day Lukas came home from school to find out that his mother was dead and his father was nowhere to be found. Salvatorre Madrazo (♥ ● ) - Father Lukas doesn't know exactly what to think of his father. Rumor has it that his own father was responsible for his mothers death, though Lukas never got answers and his father didn't exactly seem like the type to murder his own wife. To this day Lukas has no clue what really happened and tries not to think about it. Trish Madrazo (♥) - Cousin Trish is a cousin of Lukas's, their fathers being brothers. Trish's side of the family remained in La Noscea, so Luke didn't properly meet his cousin until he was nineteen. The two are relatively close and have a similar style of ridiculousness to them. PC Luna Lynn (♥ ) - Personal Cheerleader A quirky Miqo'te girl that Lukas met by accidentally hitting her with his chocobo. When she came to, she assumed Lukas rescued her from some sort of danger, and he just went with it. Rayla Black (♥ ) - Cleavage Woman While their styles differ greatly, Lukas still holds a great deal of respect for Rayla, even when she has sociopath tendencies. Mandy Arixan (♥ ) - Pseudo Sister Lukas met Mandy in Pearl Lane, he helped her out when she was homeless and they've been cool ever since. Now whenever the two are around each other there's usually a few immature pranks that go around. Dex Cogstride (♥ ♥ ) - Hot Head Lukas and Dex became acquainted fairly quick, the two butt heads a lot but that's just their thing. Lukas will always have a soft spot for Dex despite how many fights they get in. Kri'sie Crimson'lion (♥ ) - Kri'stupid Long time frienemy. They regularly get high together. Suuka Haishin (♥ ) - Thumb-Tack A shrimpy Raen boy-child. He's the little brother Lukas never had. Selan Tzintch (? ) - Stupid Idiot Selan is a strange girl that Lukas isn't completely sure if she wants to kill him or be pals with him. She recently learned where he lives and it makes him a little uncomfortable. Pahja Jomalah (♥ ♥) - Dollface Pahja and Lukas met in Pearl Lane and hit it off pretty quick, he tends to spoil her and blindly agree to every claim she makes, despite how ridiculous it is. Seye Qhesu (♥ ) - Doesn't seye much Seye and Lukas met at an event held in Ul'dah, and with Seye being a mute, Lukas spent an awful lot of time misunderstanding her. He thinks she's cute, but has no idea if the feelings are mutual. Io Saar (♥ ) - She who roars Io is a strange girl. She seems to communicate with various growls and mean looks. But she doesn't seem to be a mute, just limited with communication. Lukas keeps a mental note to not let her touch his goggles.
