Basic Info

A Keeper of the Moon Miqo'te archer with a penchant for trouble, fish, and the outdoors. Born in the 1553rd year of the Sixth Astral Era, she stands at a modest 5' 0", weighs 130 lbs., has purple hair with bleached highlights, and strong, golden eyes. She is generally open to communications with others, but keeps much of her history to herself, usually preferring her own company. Living the majority of her life as a forest dweller, she enjoys being outside, usually opting to camp out than sleep indoors. It should be noted that "Kuroda Nakamura" is an alias, not her real name.

History

Very little is known about Kuroda's past. She lived in a tiny Keeper of the Moon tribe with her family on one of the forest islands in the Sea of Jade for most of her life. Being the oldest child, her siblings looked up to her for her prowess with the bow, her kindness, and her skill as a huntress.

Her life was mostly peaceful and pleasant, until a single event took everything away from her: the Calamity. Shards of the Red Moon, Dalamud, devastated her island home, ultimately resulting in the loss of her family and tribe. She was left alone on the island for several years after.

For currently unknown reasons, in the 5th year of the Seventh Umbral Era, she decided to head westward, towards Eorzea, adopting the name "Kuroda Namakura".

Personality

In her younger days, Kuroda was very cheerful and friendly. Being the oldest out of 5 children, she often took the lead in all things, her younger siblings eager to follow. Kind, caring, and proficient with a bow at a young age, she was regarded as a gem in the forest she dwelled. After the death of her family and destruction of her village, however, she became acquainted with the emotions of grief and guilt. She stayed away from society, living her life alone in the forest for the next 5 years.

While she maintains a friendly demeanor with most people she meets, she'd much rather keep others at a distance, and doesn't delve too much into her past.

Other Notes

"Kuroda" and "Nakamura" are actually both Far Eastern Surnames. Its unknown why she uses these as an alias, or what her real name is.
