Hayato was born to a shipping and trade lord father, Josu Tokugawa, and his Conucbine Wife U'su Utaka. Born as the son of a concubine, Hayato shared not inheretence rights with his brothers, and was instead treated as little more then a stranger to the main family. His other half brothers and sisters of the branch family shared the same treatment and a bond was formed. It was during his childhood that Hayato affinity of Lightning Release was noticed by a family friend and ninja in the service of doma, Hoshi Tokawaka. Hayato's childhood would be normal for that of a lower class doman, Learning the use of a katana, doman karate, and lute playing. He enjoyed slightly enhanced education due to being the son of a lord and his family avoided interference from Garleans due to paying a steep tax. It was during this time his good alligned nature mature, having seen the dislike shown towards his mother. Be it her class as a concubine or the racism showed to him by hyurs. It was then that Hayato promised to his mother that he would see her in a nice home.
TEENAGE
Hayato was taken in by Hoshi, and trained in the ways of ninja, As a genin ninja Hayato excelled in Taijuts as well as Ninjutsu, combining Raiton and General lightning release into a variety of attacks he dubbed "The White Suite." Including a lightning infused thrust of his hand capable of penetrating the armor of a magitek walker, and a slashing lightning enhanced kick able to cut through a sword. Hayato quickly excelled in bounty hunting, finishing the first bingo book assigned to him in under a 4 months, a feat typically taking years. it was due to this and the outbreak of the doman revolution that he was quickly raised to Jonin and assigned with high risk assassinations of Garlean Officers. His reputation as Hayato The White, Or Hayato the Lightning Hawk spread throughout Doma creating panic within Garlean lines when the signature crackling of his ninjutsu was heard.
ADULTHOOD
Following the revolution of Doma, Hayato was decorated within Limsa Lominsa with the honorable rank of Captain after destroying a Garlean Walker that ambused the HQ division almost taking the life of an important Limsan Official. It was here that the rumors of a man capable of singlehandedly taking down a walker was spread, giving the ninja much unwanted fame. Following the conclusion of the war, Hayato ventured to Limsa, spending time within the Rogue's guild there returning to his habit of bounty hunting. It was during this time that the first bit of white hair appeared in his head, After another year in Limsa, and his head turning pure white. Hayato would return back to Doma, with several rabbits in tow.
PRESENT
Hayato encountered a white rabbit on his return from Limsa, The rabbit would claim to be an envoy of The Kami, Tsusukyomi. Hayato having shown great agility and prowess was chosen to be the pet of the goddess of the moon. He had became the white rabbit, His hair changing, his hearing enhanced, and his capability to jump greatly growing without the use of chakra. It was during this time that his affinity for rabbits manifested with hares, bunnies, and rabbits being attracted to the mi'qote. Having established a colony of rabbits in the Thanvarian Embassy's garden. It was at this garden that his encounter with The Dragon, and Tiger of Juunishi occured, starting another adventure in his life.
