NEVA ALEXANDER AGE: 20 BIRTHPLACE: Unknown FACE CLAIM: N/A | VOICE CLAIM: N/A SHALLOW WATERS A young woman settled in Vylbrand, making her living by supplying provisions to the city-state of Limsa Lominsa. Although she prefers the slow and quiet life of the Mist, she ventures out occasionally as an adventurer for hire to stretch her other talents. She is rarely seen without her small blue bird companion. Charming, a tad bit flirtatious and with a bright smile, her neighbours will happily recommend her services to anyone inquiring, be they for weaving or adventuring. INTO THE ABYSS Neva currently operates as a sleeper agent sent by Garlemald, known back home by the nickname Rabbit. Her lack of the Garlean third eye—due to her unknown mother of non-Garlean blood—has clearly marked her as an outsider for the entirety of her life, despite her father's relatively high ranking in the hierarchy. Her decision to be trained as a spy was not entirely her own; her father had seen the potential of a child with Garlean loyalties, but lacking their limitations in regards to magic and tell-tale appearance. Neva had thus been raised in a carefully controlled environment, teaching her to aspire for the father's love she had rarely been shown. Neva completed her training and left for Eorzea at nineteen years of age, where she easily settled into the life of yet another nameless adventurer on the coast of Vylbrand. Her primary task is to monitor the culture, people, and the Grand Company on the island, regularly reporting her observations to her superior officer through Birdy, a mechanical bird she had constructed during her training period. THE MUSE A girl of unremarkable appearance, easily lost in the sea of adventurers. She is slightly short for her age and race, with a slender and lightly toned body. Neva's pale skin has started to take on a permanent tan from spending her days on the island, and her wheat blonde hair has similarly lightened.
