CYRIL STACY Title: Captain | Sex: Male | Age: 32 | Race: Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te Occupation: Slaver | Marital Status: Single (Verse Dependent) ABOUT Cyril is a pirate and slaver by trade. His occupation is the routine kidnapping, training, and subsequent selling off of people - usually to private clients that put in specific requests, but also normally in bulk as simple laborers. He captains a ship called the Vehement. She outwardly bears the appearance of a classical, wooden seafaring ship; however is structurally mostly composed of metal, hides several ceruleum engines, and is able to function and fly as an airship. Cyril himself is something of an enigma, as there are many conflicting records, paper trails, and eyewitness accounts. Most notably, all records currently held by the Eorzean Grand Companies list him as being a Hyur, with detailed eyewitness accounts describing him down to eye color, hair color, stature, and carrying. By nature of his station, he is of course a wanted man - something he’s able to wriggle out of rather easily due to aforementioned conflicting records. While certainly a pirate, he does not at all display the stereotypical, rowdy behavior of one. He is extremely well-kempt, entirely literate, and presents himself as a refined gentleman, complete with mild-mannered speech and a polite, if intimidating, disposition. If one was to meet him whilst out and about, say in a city or town, it’s likely they would not think twice about his intentions. APPEARANCE Cyril stands a tall six fulms two ilms, with broad shoulders and a lithe frame. His skin is grittier, hardened from the sun and sea air. His complexion is free from blemishes, and the only signs of his age are a few minimal wrinkles that show near the corners of his eyes when he smiles. Cyril's wardrobe is practical, with most of his clothing being decently weatherproof. In the event he must wear armor, it is ever of a general lightweight design, as Cyril's biggest asset in a fight is his fluidity and fleetness of foot. His most favored garment is a red leather and canvas coat, most often paired with a pair of simple trousers, steel-toed boots, and leather gloves. Worn far more rarely is his regalia; bequeathed to him by his predecessor. His regalia is polished and militaristic in it's design, and is only ever donned for formal occasions. Cyril's hair is naturally a seafoam teal color. It is worn long, tied up for formal events or when weather conditions demand it. The sides of his head are buzzed from the start of the hairline to just beneath the ear. ► Likes: Coffee, tea, piano music, sky and seafaring, dancing with a partner, the concept and freedom of wandering. ► Dislikes: Drunkards, layabouts, law enforcement, those of overly rowdy or immature dispositions, unnecessary fatal violence.
