Personality
Above all else, Kay is a hero, selfless and always willing to lend a hand to those in need. As a hero, she is also unfailingly brave, often to the point of endangering herself; and boastful, to the point of derision. As a civilian, on the other hand, she can be a bit more reserved, preferring to either keep to herself or keep the company of those she trusts most.
Combat
Kay is a bare-knuckle brawler with few peers, nimble yet strong. Her fighting style revolves around incapacitating her opponents as quickly as possible, but to a point: she has an aversion to killing, and will only take life if no alternative presents itself.
