History

Jadoth (originally J'doth, but he doesn't really use his birth name anymore) is the son of two Ala Mhigan resistance fighters. His parents did their best to raise him before they vanished from his life, casualties of the ongoing fight against the Garlean Empire. He doesn't remember them or his early childhood very well.

After his parents died, he was sent to live with a foster family in Ul'dah, but was snatched by a gang of thugs before he even reached the city. He spent years as their errand boy, and was only freed when the gang was caught and arrested by the Brass Blades. Since he was little more than a servant, the Brass Blades let Jadoth go, leaving him to make his own way in the world without a home or any money to his name.

Ever since then, he's been roaming the streets of Ul'dah, begging and scavenging to get by.
