[edit]
Sahja Lunis has a job to do.
This Moon Keeper is one of the rare few that can call themselves a White Mage of the Twelveswood, and with that title comes a duty. To protect and aid the Forest and the Elements therein. Most keep to themselves in the Black Shroud and tend to the elements directly. A select few however, are sent abroad to address any blights that may threaten the Shroud from without. One of these few is Sahja. And her workload is wearing her thin. She does not resent her Elements given mission, far from it. But when one has barely finished calming a river spirit or purging a blighted copse of ents when their linkpearl rings with directions to another perilous mission, It takes a will of iron to not cry out in frustration at the sisyphean tasks set before them. So Sahja merely allows herself to sigh and grumble before heading off. Often Sahja will find out that the location she needs to get to will require assistance. To this end she's found herself frequenting the nearest Adventurers' Guild to rope a few brave souls in with the promise of loot and plunder. Naturally she does take a share in these times where it's to be found, and sends what she can spare back to her mother, to help out with the care of her four younger siblings. The rest is used to fund her next mission, and so the cycle begins anew.
Standing at 5'3" from ears to foot, Sahja is on the short side compared to the other Spoken races. Her beau blue skin and muted auburn hair mark her out as a Moon Keeper Miqo'te of the Black Shroud, a fact confirmed by her fanged incisors and large sea green eyes. A pair of brass spectacles rest in front of her eyes, helping the hunting patterned face paint of her family to hide the dark circles under her eyes. She wears the worn but well-kept standard garb of a White Mage cleric, along with a set of earings in the middle of each twitching ear. A cedar crook is held in her hand. From her belt hang various pouches and gourds filled with various medicinal herbs and potions that she may deem useful.
Aspects That Stand Out:
Sahja is first and formost a weary, burned out soul. Ever since she was first plucked from the ranks of the conjurer's guild and taught the ways of the White she has been sent all across Eorzea and beyond to address whatever problems the Elements choose, and it has worn on her. Because of her travels she can come across to those who don't know her well as blunt and acerbic in nature. To those she has formed a strong bond with can see a different side of her. To those few people that she has had a chance to make friends with, she gravitates towards being the group mother, making sure everyone's in good health and spirits, keeping everyone well fed and watered, and has inadvertantly perfected The Look of Disapproval for use against those who don't pull their weight.
