Appearance

Nathaniel is surprisingly tall for a midlander, with an athletic-ish build, but otherwise he seems to fit the mold of an active adventurer who stabs things with a spear. His shoulder length hair is unnaturally black with blue highlights, and messy on any given day. His facial hair is dark, though upon close inspection it would be clear that black is not the natural colour either. He's never seen without the bandana on his head, a fact that has made some question if he slept in it. His eyes are a startling colour of blue, though piercing would be the wrong word. His eyes are usually warm with the smile upon his face. He has a two facial 'tattoos' on his face, both in white. Typically he's found in black leathers and armour fitted for adventuring, weilding a spear that appears maybe just a bit too large. The oddity of it does look suiting on the hyur.

History

Birthplace: Someplace outside of Eorzea Family: His father lives back in the "homeland." It's the only family he speaks of.

Backstory: Nate speaks openly about being the son of a tinkerer and toy-maker. He claims he grew up in his father's workshop, where exploring the world of toy-making and creative engineering was fond bonding moments. He doesn't say how he came to Eorzea, only that it was a forceful relocation and he regrets that he can no longer go home or see his father ever again.

Personality

Nathaniel is a very outgoing person, despite being painfully socially awkward. He stutters and stumbles, rambles and misses many obvious queues, but he enjoys being around people and isn't afraid to take a few risks. He's adventurous, which makes everything about being an adventurer up his alley, both socially and otherwise. Nathaniel is also a magnet to trouble. It's not that he goes out of his way looking for it, it's just that he's so... heedless? He always has the best intentions...

♥ Daelus - Daelus is a long-term significant other. The two have been through much together, and for a while Nate was unsure if he would ever see him again--this being his forceful removal from his homeland. Through some rather fortunate (or unfortunate, depending on who you ask) events, the two have found each other again.

♥ N'herys Kevvah - Herys is probably Nate's BFF. He's the one he gossips to, the one he hangs around with, and the one that he has confided the most about of secrets to. They met in Ravenstar, and where one is great at creating trouble and the other is just good at landing in it, between the two there's fun times to be had.

● "'Jethas Zykyri'" - THE boss of Ravenstar, but also starting to become an invaluable friend. Nate took a risk and decided to put his fate in Jethas' hands, and in return he was accepted into the 'family' of Ravenstar without further question. From there, Nate's had nothing but respect for the Miqo'te.

● Corbec Dreyn - A Highlander nomad who saved Nate from certain doom from a pack of coeurl. He learned later that Corbec was also affiliated with Ravenstar. He has given the highlander the nickname of "Coeurlman," though it's a bit of an inside thing.

● M'ikal Tia - A young seeker whom Nate's interacted mostly pleasently with. Nate calls him a friend, and enjoys M'ikal's company but a recent interaction has left Nathan questioning their budding friendship. Nate believes he may have personally messed up the oppertunity.

● Ludutena Torotena - Not THE boss from Ravenstar, but definitely a boss and he says jump, Nate says, "How high?"

● Jia'khan Voskos - A Miqo'te who's secret is something Nathaniel can't agree with. He believes Jia is the reason his friend was hurt, and is the reason why more friends are in danger.
