Character History

For the first 16 years of his life, Harlowe knew nothing but love. His foster parents Rexas and Sophia Brightly found Harlowe alone near an oasis as a baby with no note or letter sleeping in a basket. They brought him home with them to their little house near the out skirts of Ul'dah and raised him as their own. Rexas was a blacksmith of little reknown and his wife Sophia was a librarian at the local library in Ul'dah. His parents named him Harlowe Brightly when they brought him home, it wouldn't be till much later in his life that he was known as Havoc.
