Lukas Madrazo of La Noscea is a semi well-known bandit. He was born in Eastern Thanalan near Yugr'am River in what was known as the "O" tribe. His birth name is O'yahn Tia. At the age of eight, he fled the 'O' tribe for no reason of his own, he simply knew nothing else but to follow his older sister, O'zidra, who was thirteen at the time. As far as he knew, the living in a tribe was something the she didn't want. The two of them made their way to La Noscea to live their own lives. Years later he and his sister would walk separate paths, little is known of what became of O'zidra. Lukas, on the other hand became a pickpocket and joined a gang in Limsa Lominsa.

Lukas is one of the taller Miqo'te males, standing at about 5'8", with a lean build. His hair is medium length and jet black, kind of an unkempt appearance. He's got slightly tanned skin as well. Lukas's eyes are somewhat of a golden yellow with slightly thin eyebrows. His left cheek has got a horizontal scar across it and his chin is occupied by a bit of chin-hair.
