History

Whisper Shroud Village, located in Word Whisper Canyon, is one of many secret villages that makes up the Silver Moon Tribe. The village adheres to the many rules and social regulations set forth by the Tribe. These guidelines, etched into stone, were exactly the sorts of things that Vigh loved to test boundaries on.

At first the Matriarch of Whisper Shroud sought to send the young female Miqo'te on errands that many Keepers of the Moon would dread; tasks involving travel to Limsa Lominsa and interaction with the many folk that lived there. To the Matriarch's dismay Vigh would return with task after task completed, laughing and smiling her way through the village. The young female Miqo'te had many talents; that of the arcane and that of being genuinely social.

At age seventeen Vigh was brought into the Silver Moon Tribe rite of passage and assigned to the trials by her Matriarch. The reward was a selected male Miqo'te from another village that would become her mate. The Matriarch was annoyed with Vigh's constant success with various tasks and her obvious showboating when it came to the arcane. The idea was simple. Vigh would enter the trials and fail resulting in a more humble and controllable female Miqo'te. For Vigh.... it was a chance to show off.

Vigh's talent with the arcane was very underestimated. She flew through the trials with ease. Ironically enough she knew very little about the formalities involved and what prize came to those who complete the accursed challenge. Upon completion of the rite of passage she learned of her gift and anxiously awaited for his arrival.

The typical Miqo'te female of any Silver Moon Tribe village would take this male treasure, show them off and then mate with them to produce offspring. Vigh Mor'talia? Not so typical. She choose to take him fishing on their first night together. In fact her mate constantly refers to her as being 'strange'. Tors'ir Seloris is Vigh's prize and best friend. Technically they are mates yet they have not yet adventured into the realm of offspring. Vigh smiles wide, head held up strong and arms to the sky as she explores Ezorea with the best of company.
