Nalli Blythe (pronounced NAL-lee blaɪθ) (21st Sun of the 4th Astral Moon (July 21st)) is a Othard-born Xaela Au Ra that has grown up within both Coerthas and Limsa Lominsa, estranged from most others of her kind. Her travels and curiosity have taken her through several parts of Eorzea, primarily Limsa Lominsa, where her fascination of books led her to take up study within the arcanist's guild. Currently, she is back in Coerthas studying things she has still yet to understand and document them. Where she goes next, it's any ones guess.

Appearance & Personality
Personality: Whether she knows someone or not, her first impression she gives off is outgoing and curious. Every word you say, Nalli will be attentive and listen. But don't think she won't ask you questions afterwards. Most of the time, she won't be nosy, just wondering or perhaps clarifying something you said. But she'll wait for questions right back, for it is only fair for her to do the same. Once you get to know her, she'll do her best to make sure that anyone she knows is kept safe. While she might not be the best physical fighter, Nalli's loquacious nature can win battles more intellectual. Perhaps she doesn't sound like most war-mongering Xaela Au Ra, even she herself knows that. But don't let it fool you that she does not have a tendency to lash out. Nalli has a higher tolerance level, but once someone breaks that threshold, she won't be afraid to send a dagger straight to the throat.
Appearance: When not covering herself up, Nalli has a distinct look amongst those in Eorzea. For starters, her complexion is a mixture of a purplish or bluish hue. Surrounding her face and on the bridge of her nose, one can clearly see her lustrous, black scales that identify her as a Xaela Au Ra. Her platinum blonde hair is short with slightly longer bangs in the front. While her large horns can be rather distinguishable, she has two tiny ones on the side of her bangs. Aside from her facial features, Nalli is one of the taller females of the Au Ra. She is also notably lethe, noting small breasts that don't get in the way when she is fighting.
Clothing wise, Nalli tends to wear robes with a sash that holds her potions. Furthermore, she prefers wearing some kind of tights or pants under her robe in order for more flexibility.
Biography
PAST
Born on the coast in Othard, Nalli knows and loves the smell of the sea- something that she still will come back and look for whenever she can. Growing up with the Kha was nothing she wasn't used to growing up, meeting new sorts of people everyday. People from Doma, people from other areas of Othard, and hell, even those that were from the West - or so her papa called it. Instead of most Auri peoples leaving from Othard because of Garleans, their removal from the motherland came from her own mother's paranoia after an attack towards a hunting party. With only her father and two others to come back without critical injuries, it was time to go. Her mother was an Arulaq, and that sense of seclusion heightened her fear of what could happen the next time this occurred. Through a merchant's ship, her family made their way to Vylbrand - the home of the city-state of Limsa Lominsa. Ten cycles old was she when they first landed, and it would take her several years until she was comfortable going into the city herself.
When that comfort did come, the young Au Ra took immediately to the arcanist's guild - learning what she could and getting literacy for books in both reading and writing. It took a few years and some teasing by her fellow classmates. Though she loved the Guild, that teasing made her unable to bear it at times. But in due time she was able to leave with enough knowledge that she was content with. And with it, it allowed her to research things she wished along with coming up with new formulas that she could use in everyday situations (and lead to a very good relationship with alchemy.)
