General

Sunella Rose is a young hyur with a love for flowers. She and her brother Jerod owns a small flower shop in Gridania that they took over from their mother when she got murdered many years ago.

History

Ever since she was a child, her mother, Lucinda, would take Sunella and her brother Jerod on many adventures in The Black Shroud, searching for new flowers to bring home to the their flower shop. Lucinda was a cheerful woman who was adored by many, but her biggest fan was her daughter. They did absolutely everything together and she was the one who taught Sunella everything about how to take care of flowers and how to plant them. She loved every second of it and decided to become a florist, just like her mother. Sunella's father was a very strict man and didn't like his family's hobby, he thought it was stupid and a waste of time. Being a soldier resulted in Sunella’s father not being home often therefore they didn't see him very often. Because of that Sunella didn't get to know him very much, and many times she forgot he even existed. When she was 11 years old her father left them because of unknown reasons and a few nights after that her mother got murdered. No one knows who did it and it remains a mystery. Lucinda's children were now alone, left with broken hearts. All they had was each other and their mothers old flower shop. After a lot of thinking Sunella and her brother decided to keep the shop open, because their mother would not like for it to be closed. Sunella and Jerod's love for flowers didn't disappear because of their mother’s death. It grew stronger.

Appearance

She got both her hair and eye colour from her father which is blonde and blue. Her hair is short and is styled with a small braid in the back.

Personality

Sunella is very kind and is often seen with a smile on her face. She's mostly happy but sometimes Sunella is reminded of her mother causing her to grieve and yearn for her. Sunella’s absolute biggest dream is her mother coming back to life again, and that everything would be like it used to, but she knows that's impossible. Letting go of her past is not one of her strengths, she tends to overthink way too much.

Family

Older brother - Jerod Rose: Also a lover of flowers. He's currently far away in unknown lands looking for exotic vegetation to bring home to the shop, he has been away for quite some time now. Jerod is very protective of his sister as she's the only family he has left.

Father - Leon Caplin: Abandoned his family for unknown reasons. Sunella is aware of his name and some of his background but she doesn't know where he is, or if he's even alive.

Mother - Lucinda Rose: A very loving woman that taught Sunella everything she knows about flowers. She got murdered when Sunella was only 11 years old.
