The hottest blonde miqo'te that you'll ever meet - literally, given that she and the others in her tribe have some manner of curse or affliction which gives to them the effect of elementals in a manner which emerges... unexpectedly. In Jasmine's case, that element happens to be fire. A resident at Serene Haven Inn, Jasmine works as a member of the watch and leads the Palladino tribe of miqo'te, which consists primarily of young relatives of Jasmine's who were taken under her care when their parents succumbed to their condition and transformed into fully elemental beings.
