[edit]
Senthyril Lanverlais, a former pirate now turned treasure and relic hunter, is an elezen woman with a long a dubious history of piracy and theft. Her mother was a pirate, her father entirely unknown. She was raised in a small farming community, but always a stubborn and willful child she managed to smuggle herself onboard her mother's ship when she was just a young girl - refusing to be left on land and in the company of irritable grandparents and farmers. Eventually Senthyril came to crew her own vessel, breaking away from her mother though still often sailing in her company. As a young adult she lived a life of piracy until the Calamity put an end to that for almost all of La Noscea's sea thieves. In the aftermath, shipwrecked and injured, Senthyril settled for a time in La Noscea, seeking healing and comfort amongst familiar faces after calling in favors from old allies to survive.
With her long blonde hair and faintly tanned skin, Senthyril doesn't give the immediate impression of somoene who spent the better part of their years living on the high seas. But five years of hiding in dusty libraries and delving into darkened ruins has faded the marks of her childhood years. Aside from a smattering of scars, mostly hidden beneath clothing, and the serpentine tattoo running down her spine, Senthyril of current times bears little resemblance to the free-willed pirate of old.
Aspects That Stand Out:
Sen is a vivacious and lively individual with a love for good company and a seemingly endless appetite for adventure. Not one to stay in one place long, she possesses a wandering spirit and a desire to be constantly on the move. She is driven by challenge and curiosity, and prone to taking on even the most poorly paying of jobs just to see where they lead her.
Senthyril enjoys the company of others, and has a particular fondness for lively music and dancing. Whilst not particularly enthused by plays or dramas, she does enjoy more lively performances and will drag others along with her if she thinks the performance entertaining enough - sometimes several times in a row.
