Despite her tendency to isolate herself always, this lone wolf is highly curious in nature, seeking always to understand all matters unique and novel about the world. Arvan is possessed of an open mind that paves the way for a wide margin of tolerance and, on good days, a subtle and all-pleasing sense of humor. She is nonetheless self-effacing, as such frequently failing to take initiatives where doing so is expected of her. Rumors hold that her everyday reticence belies either poor social ability or plain lack of intelligence she wishes to hide. Illiteracy contributes to Arvan's own assumption that she lacks in both departments - but as things would have it, she proves to be not only obliging, but also possessed of far stronger judgement than most.
Due to an overbearing self-conscience, Arvan tends to come off as slow to respond and unforthcoming and cold-shouldered. In reality, she is so very obliging that it is easy for anyone to get along with her as long as they will it.
