User:Cyril Stacy
Given Name: Cyril Stacy
Etymology: Cyril - Lordly; Stacy - Resurrected
Title: Captain
Height: 6'2" - A bit taller than your average Miqo'te male.
Weight: Roughly 200 ponzes, all muscle weight.
Body: Tall and more on the lithe side than the stockier, built side, but still boasting decent muscle mass.
Complexion: Skin is grittier, hardened from the sun and sea air. Free from blemishes, wrinkles are minimal.
Face: Strong jawline, pronounced cheekbones.
Hair: Naturally, Cyril's hair is a dark brown with slightly lighter highlights from the sun bleaching it. However, he dyes his hair a teal color, as well as his tail.
Fashion: Cyril's wardrobe is practical. Most of his clothing is decently weatherproof. Favored is his red leather and canvas coat, which is completely waterproof. Steel-toed boots are a staple of his and deemed all but necessary while aboard the ship. He does have a long, more armored coat that he'll don for skirmishes. While armored, it is of a general lightweight design, as Cyril's biggest asset in a fight is his fluidity and fleetness of foot. He doesn't care for frilly clothes, and thus rarely wears a set of regalia bequeathed to him. Said regalia is reserved for formal occasions.
Behavior: Cyril's behavior will vary entirely on the situation, though constant traits of his include his smooth speech pattern, relaxed pace of speaking, and rather formal vocabulary. He's rather proper and carries himself with a certain pride and gusto. Should you meet him as a civilian going about your day, interactions with him can be expected to be entirely pleasant. However, if you stumble into his affairs while conducting business, the opposite can be said, as in his trade, witnesses are a liability.
Combat: Cyril is at his best when at range. His skill with a bow is unparalleled, and his combat training revolved entirely around sniping from a young age. If forced into melee range though, Cyril's right eye makes him incredibly hard to hit. The biggest danger with him at melee range is his legs, as he kicks very hard and very fast, and the majority of his body strength is situated in his legs.

History/Timeline *To Be Updated*
Cyril was born on the 26th Sun of the 3rd Umbral Moon to a small offshoot branch of the Viper tribe, somewhere deep in the deserts of Thanalan. His mother, L'mhara, was only sixteen summers when she bore him, and he remained her only child despite many forced couplings from the Nuhn. It was such behavior on the Nuhn's part that led a young Cyril to attack his Nuhn one day when he came looking for his mother. This led to the Nuhn separating Cyril from his mother.
At his eighth summer, Cyril was sold by his Nuhn to a slaver, who took the boy away to be used as labor aboard his ship. During his time aboard this ship, he was tasked with assisting the mechanic crew, and showed an incredibly natural aptitude with the smuggled Garlean technology that allowed the sea-faring ship to also fly as an airship. This natural understanding of the technology sparked an interest in the slaver captain and, for better or worse, resulted in the grooming of the boy into a pirate.
