Keziah was born to a lowborn Ishgardian woman by the name of Eselle Lothaire and unnamed Haillenarte nobleman. Following the resultant cover-up of such a scandalous affair, Eselle was forced to flee Ishgard altogether to avoid threatened repercussions of House Haillenarte, settling for a brief time in Tailfeather. Here, she brought a daughter into the world and named her Elodie. Their life was peaceful for a few short years, though the shadow of Ishgard always fell heavily on young Eselle's mind forcing her to pick up and move her young child further into Eorzea away from the reaches of her imagined pursuers.
For an Elezen woman, she is on the lower side of average height, standing at 6 fulms, 4 ilms.
Aspects That Stand Out:
Keziah appears at first to be quiet and reserved, rarely seeking out conversation with strangers. She prefers instead to sit and observe the room, learning what she can about those around her through snippets of conversation and body language. She's ever the scholar, tucking away everything she can learn whether it's relevant to her current situation or not though this has proven a useful habit in her lifetime. Overall, Keziah is kind-hearted and willing to help those in need especially if she earns new contacts or sources of knowledge in the process. The other side to this coin comes to face when she's relaxed in her current company or has had an abundance of drink. Under these circumstances it's evident that she was raised in a port town around sailors and pirates. All in all, she's usually pleasant company and is slow to anger.
