Cyril Stacy is a Seeker of the Sun who’s long since left the tribe of his birth.
He is - by profession - a slave trader, and is Captain of the Vehement, a ship capable of sailing both sea and air.
While indeed a pirate, Cyril does not typically engage in the more stereotypical, rowdy behavior of one, nor does he condone such behavior among his crew. When not going strictly about business, Cyril presents as a wanderer and a merchant.
He boasts a high education level, mild mannered speech, and a natural charm that, if you meet him while out and about, would likely not make you think twice about his intentions or arouse any suspicion. Cyril firmly separates his civilian from his professional life, and has a good many unassuming friends that believe him a gentleman for it.
As a slaver, Cyril is a wanted man, and his name is well known in the ugly underbellies of the black market. He is rumored to be extremely difficult, impossible even, to kill, as even hired snipers have failed to execute him upon many an occasion.
Said rumors have been circulating for several years now, and many sometimes simply refer to him as ‘the Captain with the magic eye’, as it’s believed the right eye Cyril always keeps hidden holds some kind of power that prevents him from being hit.
