Background

The name "Kurona Kazerashi" emerged on the Kugane census when the bearer did not have a single summer to her name. Originating from the Azim Steppe, Kurona Kazerashi was an individual apart from the regulars of Kugane. Rescued by the Confederacy from a sinking vessal, the young Xaela was taken in by a Hingan family when they learned of the babe's plight. It was there, the child took the name "Kurona Kazerashi." Kurona found difficulty fitting in with the children of Kugane due to her appearance, which contributed to a shy and quiet nature. Kurona studied ninja disciplines at 14 summers and continues her training to the day. Curious of the life that her closest friend, Amaterasu Okami, leads, Kurona at 21 summers made a journey to Eorzea to discover a new life. A curiosity follows her, and it's one that won't be quenched.
