Trivia
- There have been three incarnations of the character Remis Locke, originating from the Lord of the Rings Online, before being recreated on Guild Wars 2, until eventually arriving on Final Fantasy XIV. All past roleplays have contributed to the majority of Remis’ background history and the details (such as locations) have been tweaked to fit into the world of Eorzea.
- The character Remis Locke was originally loosely inspired by David Tennant’s portrayal of Casanova, written by Russell T Davies for the BBC.
- Remis was originally a typing error of ‘Remus’, however it was unaltered and is pronounced exactly the same.
- A large number of pictures have been drawn of Remis, all of which were created by the artist Jenni Saarinen, who also played the character of Ofelie Whitesage. http://jennisaarinen.carbonmade.com/
