Gillyfix Shortstep, "Gilly" for short, is a young man with a love for useless odds-and-ends and a desire to travel that has seen him wander far from his gobbieflock in search of adventure.

Basic Info

Born to unknown parents in an unknown place, Gillyfix Shortstep was found as a child floating down the Thaliak River on the back of a chocobo that was just barely big enough to carry him. He was taken in by the goblins that rescued him and raised by them, growing up on the stories told by adventurers passing through. After years of only travelling as far as nearby Hinterlands, Gilly decided to become an adventurer himself and see the world.

Personality

Naturally cheerful and optimistic. Gillyfix always sees the bright side of things--and even if things are bleak, he'll try to put a nice spin on it! Which, of course, tends to backfire on him. While not having a quick mind for jokes or puns himself, he enjoys them both--when the conversation turns towards busydeals, however, it's time for Gilly to Get Serious.
