Hayato was born to a shipping and trade lord father, Josu Tokugawa, and his Conucbine Wife U'su Utaka. Born as the son of a concubine, Hayato shared not inheretence rights with his brothers, and was instead treated as little more then a stranger to the main family. His other half brothers and sisters of the branch family shared the same treatment and a bond was formed. It was during his childhood that Hayato affinity of Lightning Release was noticed by a family friend and ninja in the service of doma, Hoshi Tokawaka. Hayato's childhood would be normal for that of a lower class doman, Learning the use of a katana, doman karate, and lute playing. He enjoyed slightly enhanced education due to being the son of a lord and his family avoided interference from Garleans due to paying a steep tax. It was during this time his good alligned nature matured, having seen the dislike shown towards his mother. Be it her class as a concubine or the racism showed to him by hyurs. It was then that Hayato promised to his mother that he would see her in a nice home.
TEENAGE
Hayato was taken in by Hoshi, and trained in the ways of ninja, As a trainee ninja Hayato excelled in Taijutsu as well as Ninjutsu specifically the ninjutsu art of Raiton. It was during his time training that his dislike of garleans grew. Having watched the viciousness of Imperials towards the people of Doma and Hingashi. Hayato trained in stealth techniques under Hoshi before eventually venturing out on his own to enlist into The Maelstrom, Wishing to assist with The Doman Revolution.
ADULTHOOD
It was during the Doman Revolution that murmurs of Hayato's skill in assassination spread, Having taken a fondness to dashing behind enemy lines and taking the head of commanders, He was known as Hayato The Lightning Hawk amongst his peers, But known as Half Breed Death by The Garleans. Hayato advanced rather rapidly in rank with The Maelstrom, Having rose from a private all the way to the rank of Captain. His battles took him far and wide eventually leading to him arriving in The Battle of Ala Mhigo. Upon the discovery of the Garlean's experimentation on The citizens of this land, it is here that Hayato swore to take revenge.
PRESENT
Hayato using his connections and rank within The Maelstrom collected the names of 20 Garlean officers and Nobles, All of which had connections to some for of atrocitiy commited within The Occupied lands. Kept in a leather bound book, Hayato abandoned His rank within The Maelstrom and became a person without Statehood, Choosing to assassinate these targets without care to those above.
