[edit] Details Personality Relationships Rumors Gallery OOC Notes GENERAL INFORMATION Alwyn Asakura, a laid back and very casual wanderer. He's so carefree about most things in general that many have called him a lazy asshole. Most everything about him is generic and unknown. Even so, he's capable of performing different kinds of magics and used to use a rapier as a conduit as most people studying red magics would. Nowadays he's been convinced to not continue down the path of red magic, though not wanting to go back to thaumaturgy, he's now exploring other ways to manipulate aether. Throughout his travels, he's built himself up to be quite a capable adventurer and he does what he loves, which is wandering. He has however been looking to make social connections and friends since he's found himself wanting to have more than just a rock with a face etched into it to talk to. APPEARANCE Standing at five fulm, ten ilm tall, Alwyn likes to think of himself at a fairly average height for males of his race and clan. He's fairly toned due to all the travelling and exploration he gets up to but is most certainly not as strong as someone who spends most of their day in armor fighting in close quarters. The man has slightly long purple hair with red highlights that is straight with a number of bangs. With a rather calm and collected expression on his face, there is one visible scar on the right side that runs from his jawbone to just below his cheek. Blue face paint in an intricate design on both sides of his face is partially hidden due to his hair. His only other defining feature is his heterochromia, a blue left eye and a red right eye. PERSONALITY The simplest way to describe Alwyn's personality, is that he's a laidback, casual, nonchalant individual almost to a fault. Rarely does he show excitement or worry, he simply has always been "chill" as some might describe him. He's not afraid to speak his mind about issues but at the same time he prefers to be compassionate than cold and extremely blunt. He keeps his friends close and enemies closer and where his true passion lies, is in exploration. You will never find the man in one place for very long for he enjoys being well rounded and well versed in where he goes. L I K E S ■ Food. One of his favourite aspects of travelling is getting to enjoy the various kinds of cuisine available to him. ■ 'Wandering. His favourite past time is to wander about, going from place to place. In most senses of the word, he really is nomadic and the only thing that will tie him to any place has to be really important and valuable to him. D I S L I K E S ■ Meanness'. Something that really bothers him is lack of kindness or compassion. He truly believes in the value that both bring to an individual. One must also not mistake this dislike for people who are blunt and need to say things, though he thinks those sorts of points can be directed without having to be harsh. ■ Fighting.. He will take to arms if he must, but he'd rather negotiate first. Don't mistake this dislike for lack of taking action. Alwyn will do what he must when he has to. H O B B I E S ■ Fishing.He won't say no to a fishing trip mostly and if he does, something isn't right. ■ Reading. The man likes his texts, he enjoys reading in his past time when he's taking a break from travelling or when there is nothing else better to do. S T R E N G T H S ■ Innate Calmness. The man rarely ever breaks his composure, nor does he get flustered. He's usually always collected which contributes to why he can be so laid back. ■ Reasonably Sized Aether Pool. As someone who used to use himself as a medium for his own magics, he is fortunate to have a reasonably sized aether pool and as such can cast quite a bit of basic spells before it gets too dangerous for him. ■ Unexpected Physique. The man's in tip top shape for what he does and who he is, easily attributable to the fact that he wanderers and thus has to be physically fit. ■ Wanderer's Experience. As a result of his wandering, he has met all sorts of people from different backgrounds with different skills and has talked about (and in some cases learned) the basics of various skills from how to be stealthy to, to how to use a sword and shield, to how to hold a lance properly and anything in between. W E A K N E S S E S ■ Laziness. He can be somewhat lazy which from certain perspectives can be taken as bad or good. Mostly it's not an issue but sometimes it makes him complacent. ■ Loneliness. He lacks friends or many if any such social connections due to his wandering. More recently he's been trying to make more friends and associates. ■ Jack-of-all-trades; Master of None. Due to his wandering, he's learn many of the basics of different sets of skills but is in no way a master of any of them.
