Amjra Lilac (pronounced ah-MEE-ra LIE-lac) is a Viera adventurer hailing from Dalmasca. She is also known as the proprietor of a bar and night club called the Cactuar Club. Loud and boorish in mannerisms, Amjra has become a familiar face to the many people she has crossed paths with during her decade-long journey from Dalmasca to Eorzea. Currently, she travels with three other companions who have made the Cactuar Club their base of operations, and serves as the face of the party (whether or not the others think it is a good idea).

Basic Info

Amjra is often described by others as 'a disaster in Viera form'. Flighty, irascible, and prone to spending beyond her means, when Amjra walks into someone's life, they are often changed... and not always for the better. Still, lying behind that boisterous exterior is a woman with unparalleled courage and equal stubbornness. Eorzea is a long way from her native Othard, after all, and such a journey is not for the faint of heart. Along the way, Amjra has picked up many skills, such chocobo racing, cocktail mixing, gold panning, carpentry, even pearl diving. Anything is fair game, so long as it pays for her next meal and lands a gorgeous babe in her lap. As such, Amjra is no stranger to hardship; after all, she laughs, bad times are like hangovers; don't let them sour the great memories you made before! (Whether or not she can recall the previous night is another question entirely, however...)

Appearance & Personality

Amjra is a Rava Viera with crimson eyes that she describes as 'Valens red', after the indescribably rare Dalmascan wine. She is a natural brunette, but dyes her hair often as a coping mechanism. Her skin is a golden brown, like many other Rava, and she has a muscular build that she takes great effort in maintaining. Amjra is of middling height by her race's standards, though she towers over most native Eorzean women. She has a voice with a deep timbre, reflecting her rougher, more rugged personality. As Amjra was raised away from Viera culture, she lacks the tattoos and tribal markings that are commonly seen among her people.

Amjra is fierce and passionate, and never hesitates to make her thoughts known. Many find her difficult to work with due to her personality, and so Amjra finds herself working on her own more often than not. She is not openly bothered by her solitude, and is confident in her ability to function on her own. Despite her irresponsible behaviour, when she takes on a job, she always puts in enough effort to finish it. When it comes to things that Amjra is passionate about, however, she is meticulous and hardworking, and finds a sense of pride in admiring her own work. Her passion for meeting new people and finding new experiences led to her eventually establishing her own bar. Amjra is fearless (often mistaken for reckless), and willingly jumps into dangerous situations just to prove a point. However, she will not take on impossible odds, and finds no shame in running away. The only thing that consistently manages to unnerve Amjra is the presence of Garlean imperials on Eorzean soil.
