General Information

Auron is a tall, muscular man in his late 20's to early 30's hailing from Ala Mhigo. He has a love for his family and homeland despite being forced away. Auron is from a relatively renowned family from pre-war Ala Mhigo although he's never acted the part. While he never was the heir to the family name, Auron always had big shoes to fill in terms of living up to his father and older brothers expectations. Since the fall of Ala Mhigo, Auron has become a Hunter of sorts either that be for people or monsters depends on the contract. Auron is usually loud, and boorish, albeit recently he's been a bit more jaded mostly only feeling truly alive after nights of drinking and taking other substances, or when fighting. Auron is a proud warrior and sees himself as a pillar of strength, more than willing to help his friends at a moment's call. and just as willing to use that strength against his enemies.

Hair & Eyes

Auron has Golden-hazel eyes and raven black hair that is common in the Dunwalde Bloodline. He typically keeps his hair short and even when he was young it was unruly. Being the second son of the family name he was not as concerned with keeping a refined appearance as his older brother or younger sister. What differentiates Auron from most of his race is thick eyebrows set above his eyes, another trait common to his bloodline.

Physique & Markings

Auron has always been a large individual whose family stressed physical performance and strength, his father being a veteran of the Autumn War and Civil war in Ala Mhigo wanted his sons to have similar track records, and as such were trained to fight and exercise diligently. Expectations were high for Auron and his Older Brother Efraim. Even his younger sister was not exepmt to the gruelling physical training demanded by his father. While Efraim was the heir and kept appearances as a refined gentleman, Auron was the opposite. Auron developed a reputation as a child and teen of being a boorish lout and a bit of a lout. Often using his physicality to get what he wanted, even going so far to bully the servants to not tell his father of him skipping lessons. After the fall he kept the diligent training regiment his father instilled into him, however he became much more toned that bulky due to much more frequent bouts with Garleans and their conscripted soldiers when he was with the Griffon's rebellion, and then with monsters and wanted targets once he became a merc.

Hygiene & Attire

Given his career the man is oft to get himself into some kind of mess, especially being on the front lines of combat. Despite this he is relatively clean, always quick to wash away any unsavory blood and gore from the creatures he fights. He is also quite fond of hot baths to relax sore muscles and old wounds. His attire is just as unruly as his looks, even when he was still apart of a Bureaucratic family he hated dressing up, much more prefering fashionable casual wear or his armor.

Upon first meeting, Auron is typically loud but friendly. He is often the loudest voice in the room and is one that you typically hear before you see if hes conversing with another, When he isnt conversing he can be quiet often leaning against a wall in quiet reflection or enjoying a drink.

(✔ ✝) Character's Thoughts: "Twelve what I wouldn't give to have them back, Dad wouldn't let me live down my mistakes but still..." Before the fall of Ala Mhigo, Auron was very close with his family, His mother much more than his father. However he still had profound respect for the man and always knew that behind that stoic demeanor he loved his family dearly, and paid the ultimate price when the Garleans invaded. Auron saw his mother killed infront of him by Garleans and the memory is forever ingrained in his mind. He misses them dearly and often pays visit to their graves, despite his self-imposed exile. The Heir of The Dunwalde Family, Efraim Dunwalde. (✖�) Character's Thoughts: "I must be a source of pain for him, He's put the blame of Mothers death and Rina's capture on my failures. Hell, he may even be right. I wish we could see eye to eye again, but after the things I've done I doubt we will ever reconcile. Still, I'll always hold out hope for him, and should he need me I'll be there in a heartbeat!." Auron and Efraim have always been the typical brothers, always fighting with one another, but at the end of the day always had each others back. Growing up Efraim was his greatest rival and greatest friend. They did everything together, but once Efraim begun lessons on taking over the family name they began to grow apart. Efraim is Honorable, Level-headed, and most of all presentable at all times. While Auron was unkempt, boorish, and had a growing reputation of a lout. Efraim tried to push his own expectations on Auron to live up the the family name, but much to his disappointment Auron hardly listened and would still put off lessons and get in brawls with other children. After the fall Efraim blamed Auron for the death of Mira and the capture of Rina claiming that it was his own recklessness that sealed their fate. Instead of listening to his father and securing their safety first, Auron fought in skirmishes on his way there. After Auron joined the Griffon Efraim was furious that his own flesh and blood would serve in a fanatical branch of the rebellion that is little more than a terrorist faction. The Flower of The Dunwalde Family, Rina Dunwalde. (✔) Character's Thoughts: "If theres anyone I owe an Apology too it's her, I'm Lucky that I can still get letters to her now and again, but why she refuses to leave Garlemald still is beyond me. Can't she see she's not safe there?" Auron's little sister is the only remaining family he has left that he can actually speak to, albeit not physically. After being captured by the garleans she was trained to serve their military, but after a shocking display of aptitude for mechanica she was taken to Garlemald as a now orphan of war to be trained fully. She seems interested in the work, and despite several offers from Auron to help her get out of Garlemald she has refused. Out of both concern for her brothers safety as well as wanting to learn all she can before she leaves. Auron doesn't doubt his sisters capabilities but he still worries as the war wages on what might happen to her.
