Appearance

Ellie is known for her particularly youthful looks, her moderately regular appearance and her choice in often terrible clothes, including the Scholar's uniform, an absurdly dyed Wizard set and a metallic blue Even star set.

Though conscious by her b-cups, she isn't as bothered as she was when she was overtaken by the memories of the succubus.

After a recent bout of fainting, Ellie learned she had a combat addiction and a low tolerance to adrenaline. Though the urge to fight is ever present, she knows to do so is to invite her demise.

Personality

Ellie sometimes describes herself as a child in an adult's body. To many that know her, this is often confirmed but for different reasons. Ellie describes her self as kind, gentle and heroic, with a taste in pyromania. While those who criticise her can agree with the notion that she's a pyromaniac, she's also seen as childish, selfish, clingy, and whiny, with a massive dose of stupidity.

Ellie is aware of her flaws, and actively tries to improve, but feels that for every step forward, she makes a step backward.

For over a month, Ellie has been dealing with some rather mixed emotions, as she had been released from a curse triggered by the Echo but planted by a succubus on the Warrior she was imitating. During the curse she was overly perverted and nigh insatiable, leading to some situations she highly and deeply regrets.

Though she's still interested in sex, she's far more modest with her sexuality.

Ellie is an accomplished Black Mage, choosing to rythmically change between Astral Fire and Umbral Ice, saving Flares for when she needs it.

Though she seemed to revel in combat, recent experiences have drawn her to White Magic rather than Black, choosing to heal instead of destroy.

Abilities

• The Echo: Ellie believed she had a mysterious mutation, in which her reality was a combination of past and present. As of turned out, it was normal.
• The Blessing of Light: Ellie's oddly enhanced Blessing made her much less vulnerable to mental attacks, including the temptation of her succubus stalker. Now completely gone, due to Midgardsomr.
• Black Magic: While not the absolute most competent with her abilities, she still tries her best to master them. As of late, however, she has been actively avoiding the art.
• Arcanima: Ellie quickly mastered the twin arts of Arcanima, being Summoning and the Scholarly magics.
• White Magic: When she first began learning Conjury, Ellie couldn't help but vomit almost every outing. After observing Sylphie and taking advice from Shiloh and Lyn'to, she discovered she wasn't communing with the elementals for her power. after Shiloh removed the cursed memory, Ellie found it far easier to learn conjury, even managing to become a White Mage. As of late, her interests have been in this field rather than in Black Magic.

Relationships

Despite a lack of memory and a lack of experience, Elatus has made some friends that she feels safe around.

💑 Cartie Grimshadow Despite knowing her partner's polygamy, Ellie can only feel a great sense of love and lust towards whom she considers her "Ivory Panther Goddess". Despite only being with Cartie for a mere week, Ellie has become quite convinced she and Cartie are made for each other, something reinforced by Cartie's encouragement.

After a month, Ellie seemingly cut things off with Carrie but... has she really?

● Katara Shadowalker Introduced to by Mara, Katara has aided Ellie in understanding succubi and voidsent. She has helped to be somewhat of a moral compass at times when Mara could not.

● Shiloh Tsubasa Ellie considers Shiloh an adoptive sister, not only for aiding her through some of her darkest hours but also for freeing her of the cursed memory. She often feels guilty near Shiloh, due to an uncomfortable affair with her father, despite knowing she wasn't in control during that affair.

● Ranmyaku Tsubasa When Ellie first met Shiloh's fiancé she was unnerved by his presence though that seems to have passed. Much like with Shiloh, Ellie values his advice.

● Lyn'to Amariyo Ellie's has been neutral with Lyn'to for the most part, though she had proximity issue when first introduced.

● Reppu Hijiri For quite a few weeks, Ellie had freeloaded in Reppu's guest room, and was introduced to Cartie by the same woman. Ellie's respect is high, but she is always terrified of offending her. Recently, she became concerned of Mara's wellbeing and gained a sneaking suspicion that Reppu was somehow involved.

●Mara Ileres The first ever friend Ellie ever made via a recruitment program, all the way back when she was a he and an Elezan at that. As such, Ellie clung onto Mara much like a leech, with her selfish attitudes, her annoying demeanor and her insecurities only served to draw Mara away. Despite this, it was Mara who aided in curing her near-fatal burn, something Ellie deeply appreciates, but never knows how to express this gratitude. Though her childishness still plagues her to this day, Ellie still wants to mend bridges and become friends with Mara again. She did once have a crush on Mara, but it is no more, partly due to her newfound love for Cartie, and the fact Mara already has Zhael.

As of late, her contact with Mara has been rather rare, and she has attempted to rebuild bridges, especially after being freed from the curse. Ellie can't help but worry for Mara, as her words grew somewhat cryptic.

● Hanabi Tsubasa Ellie could've had a better relationship with Ran's sister, but being nearly being shot at somewhat left Ellie unnerved.

●Zhael Estoma Ellie has no animosity towards Zhael, despite being Mara's mate. In fact, she seems to have warmed up to him, occasionally joking about the Eternal Bond.

History/Timeline

Ellie had a rather quiet, peaceful and unremarkable childhood in Ul'dah, though she never questioned the rarity of other Keepers that lived there.

As she turned 17, she discovered a bizarre mask which somehow triggered her Echo and glamoured her into a male Duskwight. Though she would wander out of Ul'dah, she would return with a tainted memory and relentless desire to find a particular succubus. She was soon discovered by Mara at the age of 18 as she began to relive the events of the Warrior of Light. Ellie wouldn't regain her natural form until she encountered the memory of Company of Heroes, and somehow consumed a bomb finger while having a glass of Bacchus Wine.

Whomever the Warrior of Light that Ellie imitated was, he was plagued by the very succubus she sought and Ellie opened herself to the voidsent's machinations. After losing the Blessing of Light, she fled to Mara's friend Reppu's house and requested a friend of hers, Katara Shadowalker to handle the being.

Within days Ellie felt relief but began to notice a monstrous urge overtake her, leading her to her first mate, Cartie Grimshadow. As the relationship bloomed, Ellie became more and more concerned with sex, though she cut off the relationship romantically at the behest of her new friend Shiloh T'organ. She would later have a one night stand with a roegadyn and have an affair with Shiloh's father Shaleth, until Shiloh noticed how Ellie's speech became more vulgar and more perverted. As the only lead that they could consider was an unknown memory of a succubus, Shiloh determined the memory was the cause and removed it via ancient magics.

After the cursed memory was removed, Ellie was far more stable and she was better able to enjoy life. Her friendship with Shiloh was almost ruined by Shaleth shaming Ellie for both a wound he inflicted on her and for having the affair, though Shi and Ellie would make up, while Shaleth would later have been found dead.

Now Ellie seeks to rediscover her family and live a fully refreshing life... though the call to battle at the Steps of Faith entices her curiosity.
