Basic Info
J'azhar is a people-pleaser. He is genial and good-natured, an inveterate chatterbug and an incurable (read: insufferable) flirt. Even if you are a Roegadyn. Especially if you are a Roegadyn. If you press him, you might find a certain dry edge to his humor.
He comes from a small clan near the Sagolii that you've probably never heard of, and makes his living plying his services as a dashing gentleman of negotiable affection on the streets of Ul'dah.
