Appearance
Taller than the average Miqo'te, his stature is intimidating to some. His hair is long, and dark as the night sky, his eyes heterochromic, being ice blue and a brilliant green. He has a gentle composure that masks his fierce determination.
Behavior
At first pass, he seems distant, unaware of the plights of the world. J'ikan is an individual who spends much of his time alone, and has a tendency to ignore people at times. However, this does not mean he isn't friendly. He enjoys the company of others, given they are friendly as well. He has a deep disdain for those who would be cruel to others, and responds in kind.
Overall, J'ikan is a fun loving, studious, and sometimes distant being.

History/Timeline
Childhood
J'ikan was raised in Middle La Noscea by his mother and father. From a young age, he was able to hear the spirits around him, a gift he gained from his mother. He thought nothing of it until the spirits started crying out. He ran in the direction of the cries, only to find a Black Mage practicing his spells. He shouted for him to stop, only to be attacked himself.
Adolescence
After he was nearly killed by the mage, J'ikan decided to find a way to protect the spirits. He traveled to Limsa Lominsa to study at the Arcanist's guild, and soon discovered a passion for studying.
Quotes
"Why do you ask so many questions?"
"Toki! Where'd you run off to?"
"Your dark magic poisons the spirits! I can hear them crying out to me! Why must you torment them so!?"
"This is what happens when the spirits bite back, you know. They hate black magic more than I do."
