Appearance & Personality

K'lyhia is a young Seeker of the Sun, most commonly found with her naturally brown hair cut short and held in place by a hairband. Alternatively she may be found with her hair grown out and styled in whatever way fancies her at the time, as well as colored white with streaks of pink throughout, though this appearance seems to have fallen out of style with the Miqo'te in recent times. Glasses normally rest on her face at all times shes awake, indicating that the girl may perhaps have rather poor vision without them. She generally seems to give enough mind to her appearance to keep herself looking presentable in public and can usually be found with a book at her side or in hand. Despite being well into her teenage years, the girl has a young and almost innocent looking face to her with only a rough scar torn down her left cheek to mar her skin. Light freckles run across her nose and cheeks under her eyes. Her skin at times is slightly pale, indicating that perhaps she doesn't get out all too much. She does not appear to be out of shape though, able to run long distances without being winded and appearing to possess some idea of melee combat.

When it comes to her personality, she often can seem like quite the anti-social type... Rarely does the girl seem to be the one to initiate contact with someone she doesn't know. She shows a fairly timid nature at times when approached, cautious and quiet until she feels comfortable. Luckily though the girl does have some saving features that allow her to not be too socially inept. While its clear that K'lyhia would much rather keep the company of her books than the company of strangers, She can show a surprisingly forward side when around her friends and companions. When backed by those who've wormed their way into her life one way or another, She certainly becomes more confident and willing to express her thoughts and feelings... Be them good or bad. K'lyhia does at times say things that may get her in trouble, and often will say them knowing that very fact if shes feeling so confident enough. When angered though is when K'lyhia truly opens up, Even when shes alone she doesn't seem to be able to restrain herself properly when shes worked up for one reason or another. When angered she has quite the nasty habit of saying things she simply doesn't mean and may very well regret saying soon afterwards. Luckily enough, if she senses she may have truly hurt someone with her words, theres a good chance she'll relent and apologize... Assuming they haven't done anything too bad.

As one may gather by her nature of collecting and hoarding all sorts of books, the Miqo'te has a good amount of intelligence to her. Perhaps slightly ahead of her years in a way, K'lyhia seems to find joy in her reading material more than most other things. Be it a simple story or a long winded, unnecessarily complicated research document, K'lyhia will likely try to read it... Though of course there are limits to her understanding still. Finally, the girl seems to have a small mischievous side to her... There are some individuals who have the misfortune of being exposed to this side from time to time as they're generally the subject of her jokes or teasing.

In short, K'lyhia is a young Miqo'te with a passion for books. Its just when she has to deal with non-books that she runs into issues.

Its probably thanks to her that K'lyhia seems to have enough funds to keep collecting books in her room. K'lyhia seems to have a fairly high amount of respect for the lalafell, though she often doesn't hold back her comments be them good or bad. She seems to consider her relation with the lalafell so good that sometimes she simply allows her work to waver and falter... Though after a talking to she can generally be convinced to return to full effort. ● K'shan Tia : She appears to have known this male for several years now, though time doesn't seem helped any in improving their relation. She seems rather hostile towards the man at most times, quick to mock him and tease him for any little thing he might do wrong. Luckily though, as they're both employees under the same lalafell, She does seem to be able to keep her attitude towards him underwrap for good periods of time to allow work to get done.
