Kiht'a is actually fairly passionate about his studies and takes them extremely seriously, to the point that interference may incur his anger. Kiht'a grew up in The Black Shroud, a satellite member of a matriarchal Keeper of the Moon clan. Kiht'a's intense interest in magic lead him to stay with his clan longer than perhaps many other males would have. As a teenager, he traveled to Gridania to attend school there.
