Biography
Naja Elo'quie born 21st Sun, 1st Umbral Moon. Naja is a twenty-four-year-old miqo'te who hails from La Noscea. Her mother made a name for herself in the past, as the infamous pirate, Ayda Bruhns. Ayda settled down with a mild-mannered longshoreman by the name of Eric Elo’quie. The two were unable to conceive, however, and so they decided to adopt instead. Loved and supported by her family, and inspired by the city of Limsa Lominsa, Naja took up work as a bodyguard.
Naja’s parents weren’t afraid to teach her how to use an axe at an early age. Naja loves fighting with an axe. Lately she's been taking up a bow and arrow to "get in touch with her Keeper roots", though she is not very good at it. She finds sparring exhilarating, and enjoys doing it as a pastime. Although versed in combat, she has yet to take a life.
Appearance
Naja has turquoise eyes, and white hair and fur that she sometimes dyes different colors. Her skin is a cool toned tan that some have remarked as very unique. She enjoys sporting blue face paint, occasionally, and her attire varies from dashing shirt and trouser combos to short skirts and tops. She used to keep her hair short for combat reasons, but recently she's been experimenting with growing it out. Her height is a bit taller than a lot of female miqo'te she's met.
Personality
Naja can have a very idealistic mindset about the world, and because of this she has can come off as naive or even clueless at times. She often has a relaxed disposition, but is easily excited when her interests are piqued, leading to more mischievous behavior. Her temper can be wrathful, which makes her come off as a petulant child. Naja is also protective of those she loves and is a playful person. This miqo'te is a tomboy, who occasionally has very girly streaks. Naja enjoys making new friends, though she can often be standoffish. As a miqo'te who was raised by humans, the customs of other miqo'te are completely lost on her. She is not too familiar with romantic matters, and can come off as apprehensive and awkward when flirtation is taking place.
Current
She works as a waitress at her Free Company, and a would-be mercenary. Recently, she's been wanting to follow in her mother's footsteps and joined a pirate crew.
