Character

General

Naja is a twenty-three-year-old Miqo'te who hails from La Noscea. Her mother is a retired famous pirate, and her father is a mild-mannered shipment worker. Both are hyurs. Her parents fell in love but were unable to conceive. They adopted Naja from an orphanage when she was very young. Naja was originally orphaned as a child during a battle between two warring miqo'te tribes, which killed her parents. Loved and supported by her adopted parents, and influenced by the city of Limsa Lominsa, Naja grew up to become a freelance bodyguard.

Appearance

Naja has green eyes and brown hair with natural gold highlights. She prefers to keep her hair short for combat reasons, and because she thinks it makes her look cool. Her natural markings are white stripes on the side of her face and forehead. Naja prefers to wear very little makeup, if any, but does enjoy sporting blue face paint. Her attire is usually leather, and she prefers wearing pants and collared shirts in order to appear dashing. She is often seen wearing the color blue.

Personality

Naja's personality is bright and playful. She is protective of those she loves, tomboyish, and a big daydreamer. She's also naive, stubborn, and oblivious at times. Naja is a warm person who enjoys making new friends. Romantically, she has a complex about not being 'girly enough'. As a miqo'te who was raised by humans, the customs of other miqo'te are lost on her, and sometimes she's nervous around other miqo'te.

Combat

General

Naja's weapons of choice are an axe or a spear. She enjoys close range combat and the thrill of facing and dodging enemies headon. Naja prefers to use her power to protect others.
