Ivy is a fairly attractive Elezen female with lovely ebony skin with naturally brown that she tends to keep in a short ponytail. Her eyes are a bright purple, shining with a near unnatural hue. She's shorter than the average Elezen female. When out in public, she tends to be wearing long robes and skirts to try and keep up an elegant look rather than wear skimpier clothing. In most business transactions she partakes in, she tends to be wearing a hood in an attempt to keep her face covered, preferring her appearance itself to be a mystery to customers.
