Basic Info

Zephyr is a friendly woman who adores helping those in need. From the sickest of refugees to wealthiest of Nobles she sees all as equal and worthy of her help. Healing has ever been her way though the world and she has never strayed far from this calling. Though she will accompany friends and Flames into battle she avoids taking life if it can be helped. Preferring to spend her days in her clinic, tending to her animals and farm or wandering Ul'Dah for urchins in need of help she tries to spend most of her time bringing peace wherever she goes. In her clinic she tends the ill and injured using magic and non-magic methods depending on her client. She can also make antidotes and if rumor can be believed, poisons. A bit of a moral grey area these days she's more willing to bend or break laws if it is for the purpose of helping others.

Appearance

Height: Very tall and lithe, even for a female elezen, but she moves with excellent posture and grace, practically floating about when in something that conceals her feet

Weight: She is not likely to tell you the actual numbers but she is somewhere on the scale closer to thin, long legs shapely while her rear is about average and her chest on the smaller side.

Complexion: Beautiful, smooth soft grey skin with a few small freckles on her face. She has only a few paler grey vaguely shiny scars from her travels and war, some battles more scarring on the mind than body and left there as a reminder of all she'd seen or done. At the moment she's recovering from a fire and most of her back from neck to waist has considerable scar tissue from rapid forced healing, as well as the back of her upper arms and thighs. It pains her but she accepts and uses these reminders as reflection. She in not particularly vain but knows many find her beautiful

Hair: Often short and a beautiful rich, shiny snow white by nature. She's begun playing with it lately, especially darker tones

Eyes: Light green eyes that shine like emeralds when she smiles, almost uncanny.

Particular Traits: Exceptionally generous, willing to listen to most anyone, introverted yet willing to be social for the benefit of others, non-judgmental, will talk to plants and animals or tend them

Sexuality: Pan-sexual, potentially poly-amorous and open minded.

Voice: A bit deep and mature for a woman, smooth and sensual. Calming to listen to

Clothing Style: She tends to wear either far too much and show little to no skin, or far too little and leave far less to the imagination. Usually she is either in fine robes or bohemian style clothing.

Personality

Kind and gentle, she is usually quiet and tends to keep to herself until she seems someone in distress or ill. She is incapable of walking away from people in need, trying to bring light and peace wherever she goes. She can be easily irked by blatant disrespect to her or her friends, and will sass the hell out of people if they make her angry enough. She expects to be treated as a respected equal and usually does the same for most folk she meets, seeing none as 'better' than the other. Most would assume her unwaveringly lawful but those whom truly know her know this is far from the case. She can bend and break laws rather easily if she can justify it as for the greater good of people , and if she is visited by a wanted criminal (depending on their crimes) she heals and helps rather than arrests or betrays their trust.

Quirks

Bites her nails, tends plants most anywhere she goes, talks to animals and plants like children, makes tiny outfits for her pets. She seems to be able to speak with them to some extent.

Too kind, too generous, too trusting, her wrath is rare but merciless

• It is very difficult to embarrass Zephyr, and if she has a lover will frequently touch them. She's a bit of a believer in massage therapy as well. She can cook one hell of a good meal having grown most of the foods herself.

• Healing magic is her greatest skill but she is able to use some for offence- mostly fire spells

Before Dalamud's Fall

Birth and childhood (0-10)

She will never tell much beyond the 'average' childhood one can expect a duskwight to have at such a delicate age, but does mention she discovered her talent for healing magic during this time and her clan encouraged her to hone it.

Teen Years

In this particularly gangly stage she grew very gifted with her healing abilities. Very little to nothing is known of her in this time, and she does not answer when questioned.

After Dalamud's Fall

During this period Zephyr was far from the battle front, fervently traveling and healing land, animal and people

Adulthood

From somewhere in her teens she and her twin fled their home cave and spent many years simply wandering the world, lost and confused in the painful light of day. Long adapted to the surface world she knows far more than she could have imagined possible, speaking many tongues and knowing skills her people were mere novices in. She has traveled to all corners of Eorzea and beyond, finding herself deeply drawn anywhere with heavy flora and fauna for her intense love of healing and all things that grow. When she came to places in need of revival she would sometimes be compelled to stay and help the land bloom again as much as she could, learning much of all the life around her to study and experiment with for medicines, salves, tinctures and so on. Naturally, wherever she went the people she came across received the benefits of her skill often at no cost and always she was glad to share her skills.

As her knowledge and experience grew, so too did her reputation as a healer and something akin to a pleasant breeze of life or hope in the lesser. Ever the wanderer she only began to settle down in her mid-late 30's, adopting a somewhat feral woman in need of love and guidance. Zephyr's natural draw to help, to touch and give affection made it an easy enough choice. Perhaps the social aspect was always part of it all for her, natural being a terribly lonely person denied affection and positive touch most of her life? Either way she makes every day the best she can and tries to leave people, places and things just a little better than when she found them.

These days Zephyr spends most of her time minding her own business in the Quicksand or library of Ul'Dah, simply biding her time until approached by someone in need or waiting for adventure to find her
