Neredian's Seal is a base rune of protection against energies from within the Void. The simplicity of the seal belies it's primary use in more complex array's: acting as an amplification circle.
When using this seal to anchor multiple facets of a defensive, or even reactive, array, one must be certain to begin from the opposing major junctions. These two points being the termini of five internal lines each. Following this, proceed in a clockwise direction to the next unaltered junction. Once all six of the primary junctions are connected to outside seals, do not attempt to force others into place.
Failure to treat this seemingly simple rune with care can result in complete spell failure, or even catastrophic Aethyric feedback.
