It was formed when both he and V'ieh Vhessi recited the First Oath to one another, unofficially forming the Vigil. It wasn't until some time after Minako Obinata joined the Vigil that the Oathsworn Vigil took the full form of a free company. As of recently, there are two sides to this free company; Brother/Sisterhood and a Business. The business is presented by the name of "Oathsworn Solutions" and it generally deals with the procuring or creation of items, ranging from materials to armors and weaponry or even more exotic items. At its core, however, The Oathsworn Vigil is a brother/sisterhood that is centered around the idea of self-preservation and growth.
