Her canines are larger than the average Miqo'te's and boy, does she feel like it intimidates people (which, in hindsight it probably doesn't.). ■ High voice. Appearance Briah stands at a lovely five fulms and three ilms, weighing at a hefty 134 ponze to give her a mature demeanor. Her ears, tail, and left leg are no longer on her body due to an 'incident' but Briah still retains some hearing even though it's not as sharp as it could be. Her skin is a very pale grey but compliments her piercing red eyes. Briah's biological Mother. She was once a powerful hunter, and provided most of the food for the family, until she lost her arm. Numerous events happened afterwards, she felt Briah was getting too much attention. Her dominance felt threatened which ultimately led to the two falling out. Ruyo is also the reason Briah has a grown hatred for traditional Keeper ways. Visoh'a Cesflah ( ♥ ♥ ♦ ) ( NPC ) - Eyeless Pah Briah's Father. She was very close to him, as he usually stayed home with Briah to help raise her to tend to the family. He taught her everything she knew, and provided her with guidance, and she provided him with some comfort during tough family matters. Yifih Xiglina ( ♥) ( NPC ) - Oldest Runt Briah's Sister and 2nd oldest. The two get along, as they both shared a vast curiosity about what the world had to offer.. Ihmo Xiglina ( ♥) ( NPC ) - The quiet Runt 3rd oldest Sister. She keeps to herself and stays quiet usually. Briah and her would sing together late in the night when everyone else was asleep. Ahja Xiglina ( ♥) ( NPC ) - The Mother Runt The 4th Sister, Briah has remained very neutral with due to the fact she is a carbon copy of their Mother. She's tried her best to raise her differently but, left without finding the end result. Ore Xiglina ( ♥) ( NPC ) - The Runt. The youngest of all the women. She's innocent, and has the whole world ahead of her. Briah worries constantly for her. PC Ashus Callaway ( ♥ ♦ ) - My little Gunslinger. Significant other. They decided to take their relationship a step further, and Ashus proposed to Briah. Ashus has already done a great deal for the woman, and even made her a leg. The two are inseparable. Hesperia Lunamaesta ( ● ✔ ) - Strega / Top Bitch Headmaster of the Evenstar Institute, Hesperia saw Briah had a purpose until recent events that involved her injured leg made their relationship a bit unstable. Astor Bridin ( ♠ ✔ ) - Double Trouble Astor is Hesperia's twin Brother. Briah thought he was a must have, but now they butt heads more than they seem to communicate. Chaxix Faewalker ( ♦ ) - The other Forest boy Chaxix is a Sylph raised Seeker that Briah felt close to since he was the only other Miqo'te whom seemed to be similar in the forest lifestyle. They are good friends and Briah trust him with her secrets and to tell him her woes. Nomuqan Gerel ( ♦ ✔) - Fellow Hunter. Nomuqan is another staff member of the Institute Briah had started off on a good foot with. The two of them were both Hunters and that was the key point to getting Briah to accept her. Deitrala Kastner ( ● ✔) - The Burnt teacher. Briah doesn't know Dee on a very personal level but she's been nice and mean to her. Dee has left the impression that she is unstable, and unstability leaves a bad impression in the Woman's mouth. Riechattaux Lavellont ( ♦ ✔ ) - Richard'. Richard is, well, an odd ball. He's innocent in every sense of the word, so Briah generally views him like a little child and rather harmlessfor a guard. Popoimo Tatoimo ( ♦ ✔ ) - Tha little shite. Literlly. Popoimo is head guard of the Institute, but since he is a Lalafell, Briah constantly finds ways to bash him. Despite her playfulness, he probably deserved his spot as top guard for a reason Briah has yet to discover. However, for that unknown alone, she respects Popoimo as her superior. Thalia Borlaaq ( ♦ ) - My Misguided little buddy. A friend of Briah whom she met on a treasure hunt for the Institute. Note, this gives HUGE spoilers that I can be more than happy to explain one day IC, so, for the sake of immersion, History boxes will be spoilered. Birth - 12 Summers Show text Briah was born on the 1st of the 4th Umbral Moon. The first born of both her Mother and Father, she lived a very comfortable and loving lifestyle. Ruyo stuck around for her childhood until Briah was aout one summer old, and after that, she went back to hunting. Briah and Visoh'a stayed together for all of Briah's life, and he even stayed home when her other sisters were born. She trained at a steady pace, first learning to become a pugilist before settling on using a rather large weapon of destruction: A great sword. She is not a Dark Knight by any means, but it is her preferred weapon of choice since one must use their entire body to fight and Briah sees this as a dance of sorts. Once she turned 12, her lifestyle changed dramatically. Her Mother lost her arm in a hunting accident. Being the skilled Archer that she was, she could no longer participate in hunting, and decided Briah would be the best fit to take on her role. 12 Summers - 20 Summers Show text Briah partook in a small hunting group made of other keeper Woman and only two males. Briah was nervous about joining the group, given her age but if her parents felt she was ready, then there's no reason to be so nervous... right? The first few years went by really well, Hunting had more victories than losses and soon enough, at 16, Briah became the new leader of the group. Not even a week into her new leadership, one of the males was killed on the hunt. Briah will always say it was a suicide, however the man was fatally wounded yet still clung onto life. Out of mercy for the man, Briah ended his life swiftly to prevent his suffering from continuing. Despite the hunting group and her family supporting her decision and comforting her, Ruyo was not pleased in the slightest for having her favorite mate killed. Infact, Ruyo was beginning to feel as though her Dominance was threatened by Briah. Ruyo than began her reign of terror over her eldest daughter. First, Briah was punished for her actions by having the furr on her tail burnt off. Briah didn't mind this so much but Ruyo continued on. Ruyo belittled her daughter every chance she got, Isolated her by making her raise her sisters and still maintain her status within the hunting group, Beat her, and made her poor Father suffer as well. The woman endured this for four more passings of Summer until finally, Ruyo eventually made Briah swallow needles. This was the final act of cruelty that made Briah finally leave her home. 20 summers - Present Show text Once Briah left home, she still continued hunting but without her group. To keep a steady source of income, she sold the meat and hides at Gridania for a while until finally ending up in Limsa. After years of staying in an inn room, and growing tired of hunting, she settled on finding employment at the Evenstar Institute. Briah made many a friend at the institute and was an average guard overall until The Miqo'te stumbled into some trouble. In an assault by her family, The grey woman lost her ears, tail, and later a leg due to infection. During this time where the woman lost her leg, she met and fell in love with Ashus. Ashus decided to care for the woman and even went as far as building her a new leg to replace the one she had lost. Once the woman was rendered incapacitated for a great deal of time, she began to question her current lifestyle and began to wonder if maybe she should pursue a different line of work. Eventually, she concluded on staying as a hunter but ventured from the evenstar to find work elsewhere. She stumbled upon the lock and key where her and her soon to be husband now reside.
