Most males of the Au Ra persuasion are tall.  Some of them are really tall, this is the case with Tsukino, whose height has reached such levels that it proves a frequent annoyance when it comes to fitting comfortably in places not intended for either Elezen or Roegadyn citizens of Eorzea.  He often debates having his hair styled to stand on end and complete the exaggerated effect.  Note that his hair is 'frequently undergoing a state of revision" and often changes style and dye color.  The natural color is white.  In addition to the white scales characteristic of his tribe everything else is also white - skin, hair, eyebrows, teeth.  The eyes are the only exception, being a light pink color.  His tale is very long, equally white, and has a tendency to get caught in doors or be stepped on when he is sitting down.  Two curved horns flank his face, tipped with ornate metal caps.
