Qadan Hotgo (pronounced /ˈkuh-dahn hoet-goh/) (26th Sun 3rd Astral Moon (May 26))(Born Qadan Hotgo), is an Au Ra Xaen who is one of the few surviving members of the Hotgo tribe. After having his entire life ripped from him by the invading Dothral tribe, Qadan fled his ancestral homeland and set south towards the continent of Eorzea. *WIP*

Appearance & Personality

Face Paint: The Hotgo tribe was known for their colorful and unique face paint, where designs and colors were utilized to express statements and emotions. Qadan's visage has featured the same design and color ever since his tribe's massacre. The design centers around his eyes, where streaks on the interior extend upward like horns, while those on the end of his eyes extend down like tears. They represent his thirst for revenge against the Dotharl, and the sorrow he has for the loss of his kin. The black color of the paint, a seemingly permanent fixture on his face, is representative of the emotions that have dominated him since that day: a macabre consolidation of rage, sorrow, and regret.

He has hired the imposing Xaen to serve as his personal bodyguard as he ventures into the dangerous Ishgardian region. ● Dotharl Tribe : In what should surprise absolutely nobody that recognizes his tribal affiliation, the entirety of the Dotharl tribe is an enemy to Qadan. The young Xaela's family, friends, and nearly everyone he had ever known were massacred by the barbaric tribe, instilling a deep hatred for them and their kind. If the opportunity presents itself, Qadan would no doubt attempt to kill any member of the Dotharl tribe that he came in contact with.
