A bandit and bloodthirsty wandering axeman with a penchant for extremely violent murder, Oskwell clashed with Red Duck on several occasions during his time as a Wailer. While he's since left most of his grudges during that period behind, he can't begin to quell the feelings he has for Duck. Upon confronting them, it proceeded to hand the two possibly one of the most crushing defeats they've ever suffered, then snatched a book referred to only as "The Codex" before razing the library around them to the ground and escaping.
