Born in Doma, Isamu Sato was raised by a family of hunters. When he was young, he spent many years being bullied for his frail structure as well as his feminine look. He was always considered not strong or manly enough and was always set in the back as a scout or a scavenger. This caused him to grow up bitter at his family and the community he grew up with.
