Currently, her skills are rather lacking and thus her wares are rather lackluster and do not sell well, but she aspires to one day be a great craftsman like many of her kin. Additionally, she has been studying as an Arcanist for many years in the city of Limsa Lominsa, which is where she grew up. She has no true love for the desert, preferring the wide expanse of the ocean, but has found herself living once again among the cactuars and sandstorms. She likes to sing and dance, much like her Plainsfolk kin. While most Dunesfolk are more reserved, she doesn't share that trait. She can at times be quite bossy, but not pretentious. It's not as though she's looking down at a person, more that she's in a hurry and wishes to get things done in a timely manner. Sitting about simply will not do! She possesses great leadership skills; but can be quick to find herself in a tizzy if things aren't going to plan. She tries her best to remain calm in crazy situations, especially if others are panicking, but if everyone appears calm in the wake of a calamity, she is more than likely in a panic herself. One of the greatest attributes that Popoko has is a love for all creatures, especially small, fluffy ones. She has a close relationship with her lamb, Nell, and her chocobo, Talou. She has been heard saying in the past that she sometimes prefers the company of her forest friends to those who are humanoid. Error creating thumbnail: File missing Popoko is incredibly short at 2'10, even by Lalafellian standards. She has a somewhat slim, yet average frame for her height, and does not appear too squat despite her disparaging height. Her hair is somewhat longer, usually kept in braids or up off of her shoulders to keep it out of her way; very infrequently does she wear it down. It is blonde naturally, but she likes to add flair to it by adding a bit of color (currently this is a peachy-pink). Her skin is fair, especially considering she is a Dunesfolk Lalafell, thus having been born amongst the desert, but spending so much time on her studies and indoors has caused her skin to pale over time. H I S T O R Y B A C K G R O U N D T I M E L I N E Childhood - (Pre-Calamity) Error creating thumbnail: File missing Darbii was born in the East Shroud, within a short jaunt to the Sweetbloom Pier where a ferryman stood barring entry into Gridania. Her tribe was relatively small compared to that of a traditional Seeker tribe for example, but they were also unusual in the fact that they not only aligned themselves with Keepers of the Moon but also Seekers of the Sun as well. Many of her tribe are mixed-race, though Darbii is a pure Keeper of the Moon. Darbii's mother, Leja was the matriarch of their tribe, tasked with ensuring the safety of her tribesmen and all of their kittens. Early in Darbii's life, Leja had to make a dangerous decision, to move into the walls of Gridania, despite the distrustful nature of the Elezen living within. The Elezen regarded the Keeper Tribes with disdain, which made it hard for the tribes to fit in well. We were accused of being poachers, but Leja convinced those in charge, that her tribe was not among those who were illegally poaching, and thus she was granted entry.
