Character
General
A shadow of his past self, Arcene bridles but rage, languishing for the redemption he sorely deserves. Noble-born, heir to the House Montaigue, the knight was never meant for aristocracy. His father, respected knight-dragoon, always meant for him the same life as his. He was, however, only disappointment to the highborn closed circle. Abruptly honest, impulsive and brash, he is but a man of firm conviction, guided by his precociously developed inner compass. As a result, Arcene joined the temple knight order, choosing instead to break bread with the common men. Forget the path he created himself, of feats and glorious stories, as they were suddenly extinguished by ploys and schemes he was never part of. Framed for the murder of his father, Arcene escaped the Holy See of Ishgard with his late father's soulstone in his possession. Swearing to never use the lance again, the knight since then has been wandering around the world, raising the sword for causes that were never his, in a lonely quest of self-discovery.
