I am a scientist, so RP is a big creative escape for me. My preferred RP setting is low-fantasy (little magic use or magic with restrictions, "real," gritty, dark when called for), but I can work with most levels of it lately and still have fun! How far from the actual lore are you willing to stray?: I like the lore, and I would like to stay as close to the lore as possible, however I'm not perfect and we are still learning about it, so I understand character development/changes as we learn more.
