Toshia is a sweet Lalafell, that grew up in the poor quarter of Ul'dah, he Didn't live a glamorous life, and spend more her time growing up in a little hours made of stacked up crates, her only family the other children or homeless of the poor quarter. Her mother and father had abandoned her at birth, to try and lead rich lives else where in Eorzia, she still doesn't know who they are to this day.
Despite such a uneducated upbringing, the Lalafell has only elver smiled, This smile caught the eye of a passing scholar one day who spared his time, to, what most would have called a street urchin. Her bright out look on life inspired him to tutor the girl to read and write, before his time in Eorzia was finished and he had to return home
