The heir to the throne, one of two of Ra’yenal’s sons. In spite of his fathers horrid attempts quite literally beat ferocity into him, the male was born with a naturally level head and could not be goaded into callousness. This did not, however, mean he was not an excellent fighter. Showing promise from a very early age and adopting his father’s teachings without question, Ra’ahma spoke very little and displayed various talents (good at hunting for a male, superb at climbing from as young as the age of four, naturally gifted with magecraft and incredibly obedient), which put him in his father’s good books and kept him there when trouble was afoot. Because of how he reminded Sa’rani of his father she rejected him violently at the age of twelve-- and losing his mothers love planted a dark seed in his heart that the catte would never forget. It was the beginning of his realization that things were wrong.

Feeling empty, horrified by his own actions (and unable to disobey out of fear for the wrath his father would bring upon everyone), Ra’ahma harbored a hate that grew and grew as he became more and more cold, distant and thoughtful. The only contact he sought was the contact of his younger brother, who he adored without question and always had. He became unwilling to even think about bringing children to the clan and purposefully slacked off so that his father would have no young ones to torture or harass, and none of the females had a problem with this. It was tradition to fight off the leading male for dominance in the clan, but the young male knew he would do so much more.

The unexpected second born, the second of Ra’yenal’s sons. Since there was only supposed to be one male, not two, Ra’ahxus was immediately rejected by his father from birth and was largely ignored by the clan at large, only being kept alive in case something happened to Ra’ahma. When he became old enough to be struck without dying he was tied to poles and forced to fight with his brother, and even though Ra’ahma did not wish to he knew if he rejected they would both get harmed, and so he tried to be as light with his practise as he could. Ra’ahxus never really fought back. He was never taught how to fight. When he became older still he was shoved into the life of a female, and was allowed to help out on the hunts as one of the girls-- at this stage his mother had been neglecting herself as well as the two brothers (and their four sisters) for years and thus, the younger sibling had no-one to turn to but his brother, who was the only one to openly show him any real kindness or consideration..

Ra’yenal was aware that his two sons were growing apart from the clan (yet, closer together) and attempted to separate them. When they both declared they would not eat if they were apart, Ra’yenal allowed them to get to the stage where they could no longer keep conscious through hunger before allowing them to be together again.

Being a little more high energy and a little more eager about the world than his brother but deprived of anyone to talk to for most of his life (even though he had much of the same talents as his sibling) meant that the catte ended up becoming reclusive, just like his mother, and eventually he ended up unwilling to speak to anyone. Unaware of his brothers plan to kill their father, Ra’ahxus lived the miserable life they all lived in almost near silence by the end of it, wishing with all his heart that he could run away with his brother and never return. By the coming of the end of Ra’yenal’s rule, Ra’ahxus was ''entirely mute'' to all, save for Ra’ahma.

The day Sa’rani died was the day he struggled to keep a Waterbuck in the holding pen. Instead of taking his anger out on the youngest, the mother charged her lover in a bid to get him to leave her son alone, and she was thrown to her death. Ra’ahma, seizing the chance and enraged by the act, murdered Ra’yenal with nothing but his teeth and claws.
