Nirime Sionis - Mal's sister but not biologically, The pair of them have gotten on together since her family adopted him and ignores everyone's claims that she's grumpy.

L'ilith Shantu - Mal's biological sister who seems to have a weird obsession with hugs, he swears to have seen a chart in her room.

L'zora Zanaha - Nothing is known about this woman despite Mal's best attempts to find her.

Korin Relanah - Mal considers Korin to be his closest friend and has no difficulty opening up to him if he's ever in a bind.
